Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing XTryfun Touch Up Paint. All of our paint kits are custom-made based on the color code you provide, ensuring a precise color match for your vehicle. Because of the tailored nature of our products, custom paint items (including individual bottles and complete kits) are exempt from standard distance selling return regulations and cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
Returns for Non-Custom Products
Non-custom items such as tools or accessories can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Color Match Guarantee
We offer a 100% color match guarantee if you provide the correct color code at the time of purchase. If the paint does not match your vehicle’s color and you’ve verified the code is accurate, please contact us. We will either remake the paint or issue a full refund.
Cancellation / Revocation Period
You may cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive the final item in your shipment. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days:
For credit card payments, the amount will be refunded to your card (may take up to 30 days).
For PayPal payments, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
If your credit card is no longer valid, please provide your IBAN and SWIFT/BIC for a bank transfer.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
All custom-mixed paint products
Opened, used, or damaged items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Discounted sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order after your return is accepted. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
