Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can follow your shipment through Amazon’s tracking portal.

Returns & Refunds

Our touch up paint kits are custom-made based on each customer’s specific color code. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or there is a color-matching issue.

Color Match Guarantee

If you experience a color mismatch, please double-check your color code and email us at [email protected]. We offer a one-time remake or full refund if the correct code was provided and the paint doesn’t match.

Non-Custom Items

Non-customized items (e.g., tools, accessories) can be returned within 28 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.

• Credit card payments: refunded to your card (may take up to 30 days)

• PayPal payments: refunded to your PayPal account

• If your card has expired, please provide your bank details (IBAN & SWIFT)
