2. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders placed on our website are packed and shipped from our U.S. professional fulfillment warehouse network. This enables nationwide coverage, timely dispatch, and end‑to‑end tracking. You are purchasing directly from us (not from a marketplace).

2.1 Current Free Shipping Offer

  • Applies to all qualifying U.S. shipping addresses we serve.

2.3 Order Processing Cut Off

  • Orders submitted Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM Pacific Time typically ship the same or next business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut‑off, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Custom paint mixing may add 1 business day in peak season.

2.4 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most residential and commercial addresses within the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses where serviceable). 

Some oversized or regulated items may not be shippable to certain locations; any such restriction will be shown at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your package leaves our fulfillment facility you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link
    Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the label is created. If tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us.

4. Returns & Refunds Overview

Because many of our products are custom‑mixed and cannot be resold, our return rules differ between custom paint kits and non‑custom products. Please review the applicable section before initiating a return.

To start any return, color claim, or damage claim, please email xtryfun@touchuppaintpen.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue. Our support team will guide you through the next steps and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) if needed.

5. Custom Mixed Touch Up Paint Kits (Made to Your Color Code)

Custom paint is blended specifically for the factory color code you provide; as a personalized item it cannot be restocked. Therefore, custom paint products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable except in the situations below.

We will repair, replace, remake, or refund if:

  1. You received the wrong item or incorrect paint type/size compared with your order.
  2. The paint does not match the correct OEM color code you submitted.
  3. The product arrived damaged, leaking, dried out, or otherwise defective on arrival.

5.1 Color Match Assurance (Our Guarantee)

If your results appear off‑color:

  1. Re‑verify the color code (often found on the vehicle label; we can help you locate it).
  2. Send clear photos showing:
    • Paint label we shipped you
    • The applied test area on the vehicle in natural light
    • Your vehicle’s VIN plate or color code sticker if available
  3. If the correct code was provided and the color is still off, you qualify for one free remake or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No hassle.

5.2 What Isn’t Covered

  • Wrong color code submitted at time of order.
  • Application over unprepared, oxidized, or previously repainted panels that do not match OEM finish.
  • Normal user application errors (runs, heavy build, dust contamination). We’re happy to provide application guidance to help you get a better result.

6. Non Custom Products – 30 Day Return Window

Eligible items include accessories, tools, applicators, empty bottles, and other non‑personalized supplies.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
  • Item unused / uninstalled and in resalable condition.
  • Original retail packaging (if applicable) included.
  • Return shipping paid by the customer (we can provide a discounted label in some cases; ask support).

Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Please obtain an RMA before shipping anything back.

7. How to Request a Return (Any Product Type)

  1. Email xtryfun@touchuppaintpen.com.
  2. Include order number, reason for return, and photos if there is a damage or color issue.
  3. Our team confirms eligibility & provides an RMA number and return address.
  4. Pack securely; include the RMA number on or in the package.
  5. Provide tracking details so we can monitor the return.

8. Refund Processing & Timing

Refunds are issued after returned goods are received and inspected or (for approved color mismatch / damage claims) upon confirmation by support.

Processing Timeline:

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days after arrival at our returns facility.
  • Refund initiation: within 3–7 business days after inspection approval.
  • Financial institution posting time: varies by method.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card: Returned to the original card; banks may take up to 30 days to post.
  • PayPal: Credited to your PayPal account balance or original funding source per PayPal policy.
  • Expired / Closed Card: Contact us; we can arrange a manual refund via bank transfer (IBAN & SWIFT required) or alternative method.

Partial refunds may apply if returned items are missing components or show use. Shipping upgrade fees (Expedited/Priority) are non‑refundable once the order has shipped, unless caused by our error.

9. Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items on Arrival

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if any item arrives damaged, leaking, dried, or incomplete.

Provide photos of packaging and contents so we can file a carrier claim and reship quickly.

10. Exchanges

For non‑custom items you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges follow the same 30‑day eligibility rules. Custom paint cannot be exchanged unless part of a verified Color Match Assurance claim.
